After a crazy night partying, start your day with a light vegan green smoothie that is filling and high in protein to help your body get back in track for the next week party.

Tufo is a heart healthy vegetable protein and soft silken tufo works well with smoothies, you will not be able to taste it. Hemp seeds are a popular high quality protein containing all nine essential amino acids as well as fiber, healthy fats and minerals. Spirulina is a type of algae that is extremely high in nutrients and anti-inflammatory properties which can help with muscle sourness and enhance endurance. Maca root is a type of cruciferous vegetable with many benefits such as improving the mood and boosting energy after a crazy night out.

  • 100g soft silken tofu
  • 100g banana
  • 15g almond butter
  • Handful of spinach
  • 15g hemp seed protein powder
  • 5g maca powder
  • 5g spirulina powder


  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water and blend well
  3. Sprinkle bee pollen on top for an extra dose of antioxidants

Vegan Cheese Dip غموس الجبنة النباتية

This is a yummy guilt free recipe, use as a dip with the home-made nachos or as a topping on sandwiches or soups.


  • 1 ½ cup of walnuts 
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup water 
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Pink Himalayan salt


  • Soak walnuts overnight.
  • Discard water and walnuts and the rest of ingredients in a food processor or a blender (might take longer). 
  • Start with ¼ cup of water and check texture and add more if needed.
  • Enjoy.

  • كأس و نصف جوز
  • ربع كأس خميرة طبيعية
  • نصف كأس ماء
  • ملعقة بودرة الثوم
  • ملح هاملايا الوردي


  • انقع الجوز بالماء قيل يوم
  • تخلص من الماء و اضف الجوز مع باقس المكونات الى محضر الطعام او الخلاط (ممكن أن يأخذ وقت أطول). ابدأ بربع كأس ماء و زد اذا كنت بحاجة الى المزيد
